Perfect for solo escapes
Stayed solo for 2 nights and really enjoyed the breakfast vibe—love a good cup of tea! The bacon was a bit too crispy for my taste, and the chocolate clusters in my cereal weren't great. The small double room was cozy and met my needs just fine. The dining area felt nice too.

The noise from the hallway was a bit disruptive during the night.

The cozy atmosphere and comfortable room made for a pleasant stay. I experienced noise disturbances from the pub and found that parking was a challenge, as there were no free spaces nearby. Still, the friendly staff were responsive to my needs, which added to the experience.

Coastal charm with cozy vibes
Just spent 2 nights in a cute double room—super clean and nicely done. The staff are really friendly! Breakfast was fab with tons of fresh options. We ate in the bar area, loved the courtyard too! Only thing, the room was a bit tight for space with our bags.

I spent a couple of nights in a Small Double Room at Cross Keys. The sea view from my room was stunning and truly memorable. The room itself was comfortable and tastefully decorated. I loved the generous supply of toiletries provided, making my stay feel special. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, offering a varied menu with delicious homemade focaccia. The breakfast manager was attentive and accommodating, easily adjusting to my vegan preferences. the first night was quite uncomfortable. the room was cold with no heating, which made it difficult to sleep. It would have been great to have extra bedding for warmth. Another minor issue was the lack of an extra loo roll. when I needed to dry my mugs after cleaning them, I used up the roll quickly. The cleanliness of the TV remote could also use some attention. the location was perfect for exploring and the staff were incredibly friendly, which made my stay enjoyable despite the inconveniences.

The room was cosy, warm, and had a lovely sea view that exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was delightful, particularly the poached eggs, which were perfectly prepared. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. it was disappointing that food wasn't available during the stay, which resulted in a wet walk to find an alternative restaurant.
